Tackling racism

The six courses in this module outline what constitutes racism, why we need to address it, differential attainment, the impacts of racism on lived experience and opportunities, and what we can do together to tackle racism.

Resilience

This course provides tools to help develop your ability to bounce back in the face of adversity and to develop coping mechanisms to deal with stressful situations and life challenges.

Human factors

This course contains the key elements you need to know about human factors, delivering simulation and debrief and preparing to teach human factors to others as a trainer.

Step up

This course has been designed to help trainees confidently manage the transition from ST2 to ST3.

Improving workplace behaviour

This course help trainees and trainers recognise potential factors which may contribute to an unpleasant working environment and looks at how to avert such situations.
