This is the first of six modules of the RCOG resource, Race equity in the workforce. This module provides an overview of the background to developing the resource, introduces key concepts in race equity and considers its impact on the NHS.

Farah led work to develop this resource in her role as RCOG Clinical Fellow on the Race Equity Project. Farah is also Head of School for the East Midlands region and a consultant in maternal-fetal medicine in Leicester.
