Sarah, at United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust, East Midlands, has experience as a Human Factors trainer and has represented SAS and LE doctors across the RCOG, including the Workforce Board, the previous Race Equality Taskforce and as the East Midlands representative on the SAS & LED Committee.
Onyinye Nwachukwu (2025)
Onyinye, at Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospital, London, has an interest in supporting initiatives aimed at fostering a sense of belonging within our workplace, with the goal of reducing racism and promoting inclusivity.

Fehmida, at Princess Royal Maternity Hospital, Glasgow, is an advocate for equality and inclusion. Fehmida seeks opportunities to actively contribute to positive change, support colleagues from diverse backgrounds, and help shape an organisational culture where everyone feels valued and respected.
Farah Siddiqui (2025)
Farah led work to develop this resource in her role as RCOG clinical fellow on the Race Equity Project. Farah is also Head of school for the East Midlands region and a consultant in maternal fetal medicine in Leicester.
This resource has been developed for executive teams at Band 9 and above, chief executives, consultants, managers up to Band 9, senior SAS and LE doctors, resident doctors, LE and SAS doctors, midwives, nurses and allied health professionals.
