Do I need to register to place an order?

Yes, you will need to create an account or login to an existing account before you can proceed to purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Despatch for UK delivery is usually within two working days and delivery within 1-5 working days.

We accept all major credit cards including. MasterCard and Visa.

Shipping and delivery

Can you ship internationally?

The RCOG Shop is able to ship to Egypt, India, Malaysia, Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore.

Will I have to pay custom tax if receiving products from outside the UK?

Customs tax is not included in the overall pricing of the products within the RCOG Shop. For products shipped outside of the UK, customs tax will be a separate charge, which will need to be paid by the customer on receipt of goods.

There may also be additional remote location costs via DHL. These will be the responsibility of the customer on receipt of goods.
