Step up: ST2 to ST3

This eLearning course is designed specifically for ST2s who are preparing to step up to ST3 level.

Most trainees have mixed emotions about this transition, including excitement about becoming more independent, anxiety about the increased responsibility, and doubts around whether they are ready for the role. This interactive course draws on the experiences of other trainees and offers advice from consultants to help ensure a smooth transition to your ST3 year. Throughout the course there are tasks and cases to work through, which you can use for case-based discussions with your educational supervisor during the latter part of ST2.
