This eLearning resource has been created to strengthen healthcare professionals’ knowledge, confidence and communication skills around maternal immunisation.
Aimed at obstetricians, midwives, nurses, GPs and others involved in antenatal and child health, this course covers:
- the science of vaccination in pregnancy
- vaccine-preventable disease risks
- vaccine safety and scheduling
- effective communication with vaccine-hesitant patients.
By completing this course, learners will gain a deeper understanding of how vaccines work in pregnancy, allowing them to empathically address patient concerns and promote informed vaccine decision-making.
