Acute abdomen
This course focuses on the treatment of women presenting with acute abdomen and takes in to account the consideration that sometimes women presenting with an acute abdomen may not have a straightforward and obvious diagnosis.
Pelvic inflammatory disease
This course provides an overview of PID, looking at how to effectively manage and investigate this disease. It also covers how to counsel women and their partners about PID.
Pelvic tumours
This course outlines the natural history of adnexal masses in pregnancy, looking at functional cysts, germ cell tumours and low-malignant-potential cysts and how to manage them by adopting a multidisciplinary approach.
