This new RCOG surgical skills podcast series, Knot to be missed, brings the conversations between surgical skills fellows, Hannah Pierce and Naomi Harvey, directly to you.
Hannah and Naomi have been exploring the challenges faced by our specialty as part of their involvement with the Surgical Skills Project, a three-year initiative to strengthen O&G surgical training in the UK and beyond, and have started to examine solutions and innovations that might help us all overcome these challenges. Their aim is to share more widely the ideas that are making a big difference in surgical skills training and open up the conversation to our whole community.
These bite-sized episodes take a deeper dive into each of the five focus areas of the Surgical skills interim report, highlighting the key findings and generating discussion around some of the potential solutions to be taken forward in the next phase of this project.
