Endometriosis is a chronic oestrogen-dependent condition that affects an estimated 176 million women worldwide. It is defined by the presence of endometrial-like tissue (‘lesions’) outside the uterus and is associated with debilitating pelvic pain and/or infertility.

Part of our CPD case studies series, this is a video-based course in which two women share their personal experiences of living with endometriosis. After you have watched the videos, you will be asked to work through a series of reflective exercises to consider how this learning can be applied to your own practice.
