A good rule for developing your messages is to keep them simple, concise and targeted. Start by writing down the narrative that you identified when you carried out the problem tree and stakeholder analysis exercises earlier.
In just a few sentences, your message needs to convey to your audience what you want to achieve, why this is important and what should be done to achieve it (including actions your audience might take).
