Bullying is a behaviour that is frightening or intimidating to others, and obstetric and gynaecology trainees report more threatening behaviour than any other medical speciality. Workplace Behaviour Champions have been established in each Local Education and Training Board/Deanery so that they can offer informal support to trainees who are facing problems. Extending this support to consultants and other staff is now being considered.
It is important to know who your Workplace Behaviour Champions is. Here is a poster that can be used to help you and your colleagues identify who this person is in your workplace.
