As of 22/01/20 there are a number of known issues/bugs with the Training ePortfolio which we are working closely with the ePortfolio developers to fix.

- Improvements to “Search” area filters and display – Fixed

- No privileges to assign roles, along with Deanery Admins – solution in development
- Not possible to send reminders – solution in development and almost ready for deployment
- Deleting requests – solution in development, RCOG admin can remove!
- Request expiry now four weeks
- Email throughput – Fixed, however, users should contact RCOG if issues persist
- Notifications not disappearing when an assessment request has been completed – solution in development
- CiP progress bars not resetting when evidence is deleted or after training year change – solution in development
- Trainee cannot delete “Other evidence” entries – solution in development, RCOG admin can remove!
